How we work with companies
- 1
One contact for the whole file
Send all the documents for a transaction at once. We tell you which need a sworn translation only, which need a notary and which need an apostille, and quote the file as a whole.
- 2
Terminology kept consistent
Company names, titles, defined terms and figures are rendered the same way in every document, so a registry or counterparty never sees two versions of the same name.
- 3
Certification handled for you
We certify the translations as sworn translators and take them to the notary and, for use abroad, to the apostille authority.
- 4
Invoice and delivery
We invoice your company and deliver digital copies, with certified hard copies where they are needed.
Before you order: the receiving institution decides
A Turkish trade registry, a foreign registry, a bank and a court may each ask for something different: a sworn translation, a notarized translation, an apostille, or legalization by a consulate. Ask the receiving institution which it needs. We will tell you what we know and plan the order of the steps with you.
Frequently asked questions
Can you translate documents for company formation in Turkey?
Yes. We translate a foreign shareholder's documents into Turkish for the trade registry, such as articles of association, certificates of incorporation, passports and powers of attorney, and the Turkish documents a foreign partner needs, such as trade registry gazettes and signature circulars. Each is certified by a sworn translator and notarized where required.
Do you issue invoices to companies?
Yes. We invoice the company that places the order. Send your company details with the documents when you ask for a quote.
How do you keep terminology consistent across many documents?
We note the names, titles and defined terms used in the first documents of a file and apply them to every later document, so the same term is translated the same way throughout.
Do you work with law firms and in-house legal teams?
Yes. We translate court decisions, expert reports, evidence and contracts, certify them as sworn translations and arrange notarization when the documents are to be filed.
Is our information kept confidential?
Yes. Sworn translators must keep the content of the documents they translate confidential, and we process personal data under KVKK as set out in our privacy notice.
