Why choose us

Notary-ready

Prepared by a sworn translator so a Turkish notary can certify it without delay.

One coordinated process

We manage the translation and the notary step together to save you trips.

Apostille on request

We can add an apostille for documents that will be used in another country.

How it works

  1. 1

    Send your document

Share a clear scan or photo by WhatsApp or email and tell us the target language and how the translation will be used.

  2. 2

    Sworn translation

A sworn translator translates the document, preserving names, dates, seals and legal or technical terminology exactly.

  3. 3

    Notarization

Where the receiving authority requires it, a Turkish notary certifies the sworn translation.

  4. 4

    Apostille and delivery

For use abroad we arrange an apostille under the Hague Convention, then deliver digital and, if needed, hard copies.

What we'll need from you

  • A clear, complete scan or photo of every page (no cropped edges).
  • The exact spelling of names as they appear in a passport or ID.
  • The country/authority the translation is for, and whether notary or apostille is needed.

Language pair
Common pairs cost less than rarer languages.
Certification level

Every document is priced individually - contact us for a tailored quote.

Most Turkish procedures do not simply ask for a translation - they ask for a notarized one. A Turkish notary can only certify a translation made by a translator who is sworn before a notary, which is exactly how we work, so your document does not get turned away at the counter.

We coordinate the translation and the notary step together, so you are not sent back and forth between a translator and a notary office. For documents that then need to be used abroad, we arrange the apostille as the final step.

If you already know which office will receive the document, tell us - requirements differ slightly between institutions, and knowing this up front helps us prepare the file correctly the first time.

Frequently asked questions

Why do I need a notarized translation?

Turkish government offices, courts and many procedures require a translation certified by a notary to confirm it was made by a sworn translator.

Do I need to visit the notary myself?

In most cases we handle the notary step for you. If your procedure requires your personal presence, we will tell you in advance.

Is notarization enough for use abroad?

Often you also need an apostille on top of notarization for a document to be recognized in another Hague Convention country.
