Why choose us

  • Sworn Bengali-Turkish translators

Translations by translators sworn before a Turkish notary, so they can be notarized and accepted by Turkish authorities.

  • Notary and apostille handled

We arrange notarization and, for documents used abroad, an apostille under the Hague Convention.

  • Nothing lost in translation

Names, dates, seals and legal or technical terms carried faithfully between Bengali and Turkish.

How it works

  1. 1

    Send your document

Share a clear scan or photo by WhatsApp or email and tell us the direction and how the translation will be used.

  2. 2

    Sworn translation

A sworn translator translates the document, preserving names, dates, seals and terminology exactly.

  3. 3

    Notarization

Where the receiving authority requires it, a Turkish notary certifies the sworn translation.

  4. 4

    Apostille and delivery

For use abroad we arrange an apostille under the Hague Convention, then deliver digital and, if needed, hard copies.

What we'll need from you

  • A clear, complete scan or photo of every page (no cropped edges).
  • The exact spelling of names as they appear in a passport or ID.
  • The country/authority the translation is for, and whether notary or apostille is needed.

What affects the cost

Document type and length
Priced per page or per word depending on the document.
Direction and language
Common documents cost less than rare or highly technical ones.
Certification level
Translation only, notarized, or notarized plus apostille.
Turnaround
Standard delivery, or urgent/same-day where the workload allows.

Every document is priced individually - contact us for a tailored quote.

A sworn Bengali to Turkish translation is made by a translator who has taken an oath before a Turkish notary. That oath is what lets a notary certify the translation, and it is why Turkish offices, courts and consulates accept it where an ordinary translation is not enough.

Documents we most often translate from Bengali

  • birth registration certificates
  • marriage certificates and nikah nama
  • national identity documents
  • SSC, HSC and university certificates
  • police clearance certificates

Names and script

Bengali is written in its own script, and Latin spellings of the same name vary between documents issued at different times, so the passport is the reference. Bangladeshi records also frequently record a father's and a mother's name in fields that Turkish forms do not have, and we label these rather than compressing them into a surname.

Before you send it

Bangladeshi documents are authenticated in Bangladesh before translation, through the relevant ministry and the Turkish mission. Confirm the current requirement with the receiving office before you start, because the step has to be completed in the issuing country.

What happens next

Send the document with the office it is going to and your deadline, and we will confirm what it needs and quote a fixed price. Where the receiving office requires it we arrange notarization, and for use abroad an apostille. We work in both directions, Bengali to Turkish and Turkish to Bengali. If you are not sure which level of certification applies, see sworn vs certified vs notarized translation.

Frequently asked questions

Which birth document do Turkish offices accept?

The birth registration certificate, once translated and notarized. Send a clear scan of the full certificate rather than a photograph of part of it.

Are academic certificates handled differently?

They usually need authentication in Bangladesh first, and equivalence applications generally want the transcripts as well as the certificate.

Do you also translate from Turkish into Bengali?

Yes. We work in both directions - Bengali to Turkish and Turkish to Bengali.
