Why choose us

  • Sworn Hindi-Turkish translators

Translations by translators sworn before a Turkish notary, so they can be notarized and accepted by Turkish authorities.

  • Notary and apostille handled

We arrange notarization and, for documents used abroad, an apostille under the Hague Convention.

  • Nothing lost in translation

Names, dates, seals and legal or technical terms carried faithfully between Hindi and Turkish.

How it works

  1. 1

    Send your document

Share a clear scan or photo by WhatsApp or email and tell us the direction and how the translation will be used.

  2. 2

    Sworn translation

A sworn translator translates the document, preserving names, dates, seals and terminology exactly.

  3. 3

    Notarization

Where the receiving authority requires it, a Turkish notary certifies the sworn translation.

  4. 4

    Apostille and delivery

For use abroad we arrange an apostille under the Hague Convention, then deliver digital and, if needed, hard copies.

What we'll need from you

  • A clear, complete scan or photo of every page (no cropped edges).
  • The exact spelling of names as they appear in a passport or ID.
  • The country/authority the translation is for, and whether notary or apostille is needed.

Direction and language
Common documents cost less than rare or highly technical ones.
Certification level

Every document is priced individually - contact us for a tailored quote.

A sworn Hindi to Turkish translation is made by a translator who has taken an oath before a Turkish notary. That oath is what lets a notary certify the translation, and it is why Turkish offices, courts and consulates accept it where an ordinary translation is not enough.

Documents we most often translate from Hindi

  • birth and marriage certificates
  • police clearance certificates
  • degree certificates and marksheets for equivalence
  • affidavits and powers of attorney
  • company and commercial documents

Names and script

Many Indian documents are issued bilingually in Hindi and English, and the two halves sometimes disagree on the spelling of a name or a place. Where they differ, the passport is the reference. Indian records also vary in how they treat a father's name and a surname, which a Turkish form expects as separate fields, so we set that out clearly rather than leaving the notary to guess.

Before you send it

Indian documents are authenticated in India before they are translated here. Where a document is already bilingual, it still needs a sworn translation into Turkish: an English column is not a Turkish translation, and a Turkish notary certifies the Turkish text.

What happens next

Send the document with the office it is going to and your deadline, and we will confirm what it needs and quote a fixed price. Where the receiving office requires it we arrange notarization, and for use abroad an apostille. We work in both directions, Hindi to Turkish and Turkish to Hindi. If you are not sure which level of certification applies, see sworn vs certified vs notarized translation.

Frequently asked questions

My certificate is already in English. Do I still need a translation?

Yes. Turkish offices need a sworn translation into Turkish, and the notary certifies that Turkish text. A bilingual Hindi and English original does not remove that step.

Do you translate marksheets as well as the degree?

Yes, and equivalence applications usually require both. The marksheets carry the subject and grade detail that the assessing body actually reads.

Do you also translate from Turkish into Hindi?

Yes. We work in both directions - Hindi to Turkish and Turkish to Hindi.
