A sworn Arabic to Turkish translation is made by a translator who has taken an oath before a Turkish notary. That oath is what lets a notary certify the translation, and it is why Turkish offices, courts and consulates accept it where an ordinary translation is not enough.

Names and script
Arabic names have no single correct Latin spelling: Mohammed, Muhammad and Mohamed are the same name, and a person may hold documents using more than one of them. The passport spelling is what a Turkish office will compare against, so that is the form we carry into the translation, with the Arabic original reproduced so the notary can see the source.
Before you send it
The route from Arabic-speaking countries varies more than any other corridor: some states are party to the Hague Apostille Convention and issue apostilles, others authenticate through their own ministry and the Turkish mission. Tell us which country issued the document and we will confirm which of the two applies before you start.

Does my document need an apostille or consular legalisation?
That depends on the country that issued it, and the answer is different across the Arabic-speaking world. Send us the document with the issuing country and we will tell you which route applies.
My name is spelled differently on two documents. Is that a problem?
It is the most common reason an Arabic file is questioned. We follow the passport spelling throughout and reproduce the Arabic original, so the notary can see that the variants refer to one person.
Do you also translate from Turkish into Arabic?
Yes. We work in both directions - Arabic to Turkish and Turkish to Arabic.
