Why choose us
Sworn Italian-Turkish translators
Translations by translators sworn before a Turkish notary, so they can be notarized and accepted by Turkish authorities.
Notary and apostille handled
We arrange notarization and, for documents used abroad, an apostille under the Hague Convention.
Nothing lost in translation
Names, dates, seals and legal or technical terms carried faithfully between Italian and Turkish.
How it works
- 1
Send your document
Share a clear scan or photo by WhatsApp or email and tell us the direction and how the translation will be used.
- 2
Sworn translation
A sworn translator translates the document, preserving names, dates, seals and terminology exactly.
- 3
Notarization
Where the receiving authority requires it, a Turkish notary certifies the sworn translation.
- 4
Apostille and delivery
For use abroad we arrange an apostille under the Hague Convention, then deliver digital and, if needed, hard copies.
What we'll need from you

- Direction and language
- Common documents cost less than rare or highly technical ones.
- Certification level
- Translation only, notarized, or notarized plus apostille.
- Turnaround
- Standard delivery, or urgent/same-day where the workload allows.

A sworn Italian to Turkish translation is made by a translator who has taken an oath before a Turkish notary. That oath is what lets a notary certify the translation, and it is why Turkish offices, courts and consulates accept it where an ordinary translation is not enough.
Documents we most often translate from Italian
- certificato di nascita, often as an estratto per riassunto dai registri di stato civile
- certificato di matrimonio
- casellario giudiziale, the criminal record certificate
- diploma di laurea and certificato di esami
- certificato di residenza and commercial documents
Names and script
Italian civil records are held by the comune, and the extract form matters: an estratto per riassunto shows more detail than a plain certificato, and Turkish offices asking for parentage generally need the fuller form. Italian surnames rarely cause transliteration problems, but accented forms and double surnames after marriage should match the passport.
Before you send it
Italian documents are authenticated in Italy before translation, and civil status extracts are issued by the comune that holds the record rather than the place of residence. Request the version that shows parentage if the Turkish office needs it, because a shorter extract may have to be reordered.
What happens next
Send the document with the office it is going to and your deadline, and we will confirm what it needs and quote a fixed price. Where the receiving office requires it we arrange notarization, and for use abroad an apostille. We work in both directions, Italian to Turkish and Turkish to Italian. If you are not sure which level of certification applies, see sworn vs certified vs notarized translation.
Frequently asked questions
Which birth certificate should I request from the comune?
Ask for an estratto per riassunto dai registri di stato civile if the Turkish office needs parentage. A plain certificato di nascita often omits it and may have to be reordered.
Do you translate documents from Italian-speaking Switzerland?
Yes. Italian-language documents from Ticino are translated the same way; the authentication step follows Swiss rules rather than Italian ones.
Do you also translate from Turkish into Italian?
Yes. We work in both directions - Italian to Turkish and Turkish to Italian.
