Why choose us

Legally recognized

Our translators are sworn before a Turkish notary, so their translations can be notarized and accepted by official bodies.

Accurate and complete

Names, dates, stamps and legal terms are reproduced faithfully so your document is not rejected on a technicality.

End to end

Translation, notarization and apostille handled together, so you do not chase separate offices.

How it works

  1. 1

    Send your document

Share a clear scan or photo by WhatsApp or email and tell us the target language and how the translation will be used.

  2. 2

    Sworn translation

A sworn translator translates the document, preserving names, dates, seals and legal or technical terminology exactly.

  3. 3

    Notarization

Where the receiving authority requires it, a Turkish notary certifies the sworn translation.

  4. 4

    Apostille and delivery

For use abroad we arrange an apostille under the Hague Convention, then deliver digital and, if needed, hard copies.

What we'll need from you

  • A clear, complete scan or photo of every page (no cropped edges).
  • The exact spelling of names as they appear in a passport or ID.
  • The country/authority the translation is for, and whether notary or apostille is needed.

In Turkey, "sworn translation" (yeminli tercume) has a precise legal meaning: it is a translation produced by a translator who has taken an oath before a Turkish notary. That oath is what lets a notary certify the translation, and it is why ministries, courts, universities and consulates accept it while they would refuse an ordinary one.

We produce sworn translations of the documents people most often need certified - birth, marriage and death certificates, diplomas and transcripts, powers of attorney, contracts and court papers - keeping names, dates and seals exactly as they appear. When a document is going abroad, we also arrange the apostille.

If you are unsure whether you need a sworn, certified or notarized translation, our plain-English comparison settles it in a minute. Otherwise, send your document and tell us where it is going and we will confirm what it needs.

Frequently asked questions

What is a sworn translation in Turkey?

It is a translation made by a translator who has taken an oath before a Turkish notary. Because the notary holds the translator's signature and oath on file, the notary can certify the translation, which is what makes it valid for official use.

Is a sworn translation the same as a notarized one?

No. The sworn translator produces the translation; notarization is the separate step where the notary certifies it. Many authorities ask for a sworn translation that is then notarized.

Will the translation be accepted abroad?

For use outside Turkey you usually also need an apostille, which we can arrange under the Hague Convention. Tell us the destination country and we will advise.
